positivity program: de-clutter your life!
I am holding workshops for the Positivity Program run in collaboration with Caroline Hart, Life and Laughter Coach.
In this highly interactive workshop we look at the different types of clutter (physical, mental and emotional) and how our daily lives are affected by it. We discover how clutter impacts each of us differently, and that the aim is not necessarily a minimalist haven!

tunbridge wells town-wide yard sale
Inspired by a trip to the US in 2016, I organized the first ever town-wide yard sale in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday 10th June 2017!
Over 180 yard sellers registered on the website and were plotted on the map, and visitors made special trips to Tunbridge Wells for the event. The weather was fabulous and the day great fun! Feedback is being gathered at the moment with the intention of running the day again next year.
Most of us have more stuff than we need, and though we know it and occasionally sort through some of it, we can find it difficult to find the motivation to crack on and get de-cluttering.
The benefits of de-cluttering are well researched and documented. They include:
- lower stress levels
- better physical and mental health
- better performance at work
- more space
- generally more happiness
By organizing a yard sale and encouraging everyone to get involved, I invited people to look at what they have and feel some motivation to make a start to reduce the clutter. And have a bit of fun along the way too!
