Last Saturday, I attended our local Repair Café for the first time, on the jewellery fixing stall. After a good while in the drawer, it was fun to get the tools out again!
Looking around, do you have anything that needs fixing? A broken printer, an old bicycle, a relationship maybe? This stuff might not be on our mind at all times, but it creates a cognitive load none the less. It’s unfinished business that we carry with us. Something that needs dealing with.
Clearing these items or tasks off our to-do list will remove this load and create space for new things instead in our lives.
So what unfinished business are you carrying?
If you want a thinking partner to work through how to clear the cognitive load, get in touch and let’s talk.
