Every day, going about our business, interacting with colleagues or friends, listening and feeding our inner dialog, we navigate our view of the world. And this view is based on a multitude of assumptions that we constantly make.
What if we stopped, paused, and wondered if perhaps things were not as we thought they were? What if we were making assumptions about a situation, a person, ourselves, that could be true but might also not be true?
Paying attention to the assumptions we are making and checking if they might need a good de-cluttering will help us be more effective, have a clearer mind and have healthier relationships all round.
