Yep, that’s far easier said than done! By nature, biases are mental tendencies, inclinations or preferences that we run automatically, usually without noticing them.
Our biases affect our behavior, our thoughts, our opinions, every aspect of our lives. Noticing and paying attention to them will help us look at the world more clearly and equitably, in turn allowing us to make better decisions and have healthier relationships.
