We hold many worries in our head. Some of them are rational, and others might be less so. Either way, we hold them all, and getting them out of our heads is a good starting point.
Our worries might be about things seemingly out of our control, making them big and scary. Naming and listing them might not make them go away, but it will help take away their intensity and potency.
