Yesterday, I ran a webinar for the Corporate IT Forum (CITF) on coaching skills in the workplace. It had quite a large number of registrations so was clearly a topic that caught some interest.
What I enjoyed the most was thinking about how to present the material in an interesting way, and how to engage the audience to keep their attention when I couldn’t really interact with them.
