There is something very soothing about sitting by the ocean with a breeze on your face and watching the waves roll in. When I am here, my mind clears of all my thoughts and I am just caught up in the repetitive sounds of moving water. And that feels so restful.
We can all do with a bit of space to just sit and be, with an opportunity to just step out of our life for a while and not do or think anything. And nature is a brilliant place to go for such a break.
In our quest to achieve just that little bit more work, or send those few more e-mails, or read those few more blogs, we easily get caught up in the whirlwind and forget just how important it is for us to take a break and get some rest.
