Really good day today at CIO WaterCooler Live London!
A comment by chair summed things up quite nicely: “We have a room full of technologists but it’s still all about culture and people”. But then I suppose that that’s what everything usually boils down to anyway.
I ran a breakout session on communication and listening. The main thread there was also that everyone is unique, and that we are essentially just trying to bridge the gaps between our differences, perspectives and blind spots. Oh, and navigating our mental and emotional clutter too of course!
