I visited The Historic Dockyard Chatham recently and came across this beautiful old clocking-in clock.
How far we are now in many of our jobs from this concept of clocking out and leaving our work behind for the day!
With our boundaries well and truly blurred between work and rest, it is easy to let our work creep more and more into our personal lives.
So let’s pay some attention to how we can re-create this sense of stopping for the day and enjoying some real down time.
