When we’re in the hamster wheel, our lives can feel somewhat restricted. We’re exhausted, yet don’t feel like we’re actually moving towards anything. We keep going but are stuck in the same place.
Our head is full of the small stuff that needs our attention, and we have no headspace to think about the bigger picture and where we want to be. There is no space to think about our ambitions and dreams.
